Papyrus and Temmie's relationship is identical to that of Undertale Sans and Flowey's relationship, with Temmie now calling Papyrus a " smoking beanpole". Despite how Papyrus doesn't like making promises, he tries to keep Asgore's promise to keep Chara safe. They make bad puns and knock-knock jokes, and are canonically friends. Papyrus and Asgore's relationship is close since they always share what they like. Papyrus is confirmed to be the older brother. They share the same relationship as Classic Sans and Papyrus, though the roles are swapped. Just like Undertale Sans, Papyrus cares about Sans and doesn't want anything bad to happen to him. He wonders if his indolence stems of from his knowledge that any progress he makes will be erased when the timeline resets. His laziness is a combination of nihilism and apathy. Papyrus is laid back and flippant, often fooling around on the job and taking breaks. Undyne would be around 32 years old because she seems to be older than Sans, but not old in general. Papyrus would be around 19 years old, because he doesnt have a job, but he is very tall suggesting he is older than 15.

Sans would be around 28 years old, because he is older than Papyrus, and is old enouh to get a job. He is a skeleton and the brother of Sans. He is also a mentioned character in the alternate-universe spin-off Deltarune, and might appear in a future chapter. Papyrus appears as a tall lengthy skeleton with a small toothy grin, skeletal hands and small eye sockets. Papyrus, called the Great Papyrus by himself, is the tritagonist of Undertale, being a major character in the Neutral Route (with his role depending on the ending) and the Genocide Route, and the tritagonist of the True Pacifist Route.
